Who is Cate?

Hello! I'm Cate, short for Catarina, and my journey has been a vibrant mix of diverse experiences and a deep passion for health and wellness. While I've built a career in customer success, most recently joining the team at Zendesk, my personal journey has been equally important.

Originally from Portugal and currently based in Lisbon, I've also lived in Austria, Turkey, and Angola, immersing myself in different cultures and developing a strong appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My professional background, spanning startups to multinational corporations, has honed my ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Beyond my professional life, my true passion lies in health and wellness. This began with a personal quest for balance. Experiencing periods of imbalance myself, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, exploring mindful movement, nourishing food, and the restorative power of nature. I found joy in exercise, dance, cooking healthy meals, and finding peace by the beach. Travel has also played a key role, exposing me to different wellness practices around the world.

Now, I'm passionate about sharing my experiences and helping others find their own path to balance and well-being. Just as I strive to create positive experiences for customers in my professional life, I'm equally driven to empower others to cultivate a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
